Maintenance Procedures:
This type of failure is generally due to the flash damage, so check and repair the flash directly. Firstly, we should measure the power supply of the flash. After checking the circuit diagram, we would find out that the flash power supply is output by U1602, as shown in Pic 4-23. The physical location of the U1602 is shown in Pic 4-24.

After measuring, we find that the working voltage of the flash power supply chip U1602 is normal. By analyzing the U1602 circuit diagram, we know that the flash power supply chip U1602 needs to be controlled through the 1²C bus (see Pic 4-23). Then we remove the flash power supply chip U1602 directly and measure the ground impedance value of E2 pin, D2 pin 1²C bus pad and would find that the ground impedance value of E2 pin and D2 pin is infinite. It illustrates that the 1²C bus of the flash power supply chip is disconnected. This bus is also connected to the back camera base, the ground impedance value measured in the back camera base is normal. We could judge that the layer of the flash power supply chip U1602 pad is disconnected. Then directly fly line from the back camera connection seat to the flash power supply chip U1602 pad and install the U1602 chip, as shown in Pic 4-25 and Pic 4-26.

Finally, Installing the phone, booting into the system and testing the flash and camera, the function is normal, the phone is fixed.
